2. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course through 22 News, you gain access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials, are the intellectual property of 22 News and its instructors. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without authorization
  • Record, screenshot, or capture course content for redistribution
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or instructors
  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Payment Terms

Course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment. Payment must be received before access is granted. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about course refunds and cancellations. In general, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

7. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of completion. These certificates:

  • Verify your completion of the course requirements
  • Are digital and can be downloaded or shared
  • Do not represent academic credit or professional licensure
  • May be verified by employers or other parties through our verification system

8. Course Content and Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous access to course materials, we reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify course content to reflect current best practices
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical issues
  • Discontinue courses with appropriate notice to enrolled students
  • Remove or replace instructors when necessary

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Career advancement or job placement outcomes
  • Specific skills or knowledge acquisition
  • Professional certification or licensure eligibility
  • Suitability for any particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 22 News shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

15. Severability
