2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Less than 25% of the course materials have been accessed or downloaded
- You have not violated any of our Terms and Conditions
- The course certificate has not been issued or downloaded
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Courses with completed certificates
- Promotional or discounted bundles (unless specified otherwise)
- Subscription renewals (must be cancelled before renewal date)

5. Partial Refunds

- Course content that differs substantially from the description
- Instructor changes that materially affect the course quality
6. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Access to course materials continues until the end of the paid period
7. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
8. Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund:
- Your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted
- Certificates, if issued, will be invalidated
