2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Less than 25% of the course materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • You have not violated any of our Terms and Conditions
  • The course certificate has not been issued or downloaded

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Courses with completed certificates
  • Promotional or discounted bundles (unless specified otherwise)
  • Subscription renewals (must be cancelled before renewal date)

  • Course content that differs substantially from the description
  • Instructor changes that materially affect the course quality

6. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Access to course materials continues until the end of the paid period

7. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

8. Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund:

  • Your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked
  • Any downloaded materials must be deleted
  • Certificates, if issued, will be invalidated
